Katerina Apartments in Ai Giannis Pelion can accommodate 20-25 people in 5 studios and 3 apartments with private bathroom and kitchen, which are divided into a two-storey building located 30 meters from the beach of Ai Giannis.

We constantly renew our rooms on an annual basis, trying to offer the best possible services to our guests. Our family lives in the same place and is always careful not to miss anything.

Breakfast - Board

At Katerina Apartments we do not provide breakfast or meals. All studios and apartments are equipped to prepare a meal at your own care. In the kitchen you will find utensils and appliances as well as some materials to take care of your loved ones in your own, unique way.

Sleep & health

Your bed is equipped with a mattress made of natural Talalay latex, cotton and wool , offering unique multi-point support to the whole body, unsurpassed comfort and rest.


Pets are accepted, given their mild nature. As owners, you are aware of the character of your beloved friend and respecting the common quiet, you know best if he can discipline in a new space. Do not forget to bring with you his health documentsas well as his personal items.

  • Quiet hours:
    • From 1 April to 30 September: from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00
    • From 1 October to 31 March: from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30
  • Private parking is not available from the property
  • Short-term stop for the carriage of your luggage is possible depending on availability
  • Changes to a room after or upon arrival are possible depending on availability and adjust the reservation price accordingly.
  • It is expressly forbidden to stay or accommodate third parties in the room, except for legal tenants
  • It is allowed to accommodate third parties for a few minutes in common outdoor areas of the accommodation, after timely notification of the management

Damage - deficiencies

The management of the accommodation takes all measures and takes all necessary actions so that the spaces, appliances, furniture, utensils, clothing and equipment of the room are fully functional, clean, disinfected and in excellent condition. For this reason, the condition of the rooms is thoroughly checked before arrival and before your departure for any damage or damage. In case upon arrival or stay you become aware of any malfunction, damage or lack, please inform the Management immediately.

For damages that may be caused or deficiencies that may be found (intentionally or not) in building equipment, material, device, utensil, clothing or furniture during your stay, or upon your departure. The management has the obligation to replace or restore the damaged item by any available means. At the same time, the management reserves the legal right to request compensation by any legal means for damages or deficiencies that will be caused intentionally or accidentally by the use of the room and all the equipment that is part of the lease.
