To transfer money via e-banking for a reservation deposit, please use any of the following bank accounts. The amount of the deposit cannot be less than 50% of the total cost of your stay.

When transferring the amount, please indicate the details of the reservation (name, booking period).

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of reservations, the following regulations apply, which we must inform you about before making any reservation:

  • Non-show:
    You are charged with 50% of the amount of the entire rental period
  • Early departure: 
    1. Payment of the full amount for the nights spent and
    2. payment of 50% of the amount of the remaining period of the agreed lease
  • Cancellation of reservation up to 14 days before check-in:
    Payment of 50% of the amount of the entire rental period
  • Cancellation of reservation more than 14 days before check-in:
    No obligation. 100% refund of your money
